Your children are in good hands! Our caring team creates a safe, fun, and nurturing environment, and we’ll guide you through our quick and secure check‑in process.

We recommend arriving about 10–15 minutes early. This gives you time to park, check in your children if needed, grab a coffee, and get settled before the service begins.

From the moment you arrive, our team will be there to welcome you and help you feel at home. If you have children, we’ll guide you through a simple check-in process. Our greeters can also help you find a seat, answer any questions, and point you to anything you need.

Parking is completely free. There is plenty of space available directly in front of the east entrance.

Our building is wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp at the entrance, and designated wheelchair seating is available inside the theatre to ensure you can enjoy the service comfortably. If you are in need of assistance, simply ask one of our volunteers who will be happy to help!
